In next hour 8 % of it = 10 * 8/100 = 8 % of the tank is emptied. Remaining water after the second hour is 9.2%. Again in the third hour 10% tank is filled, it becomes 19.2%.
Again, 8% of it i.e. 19.2 * *8/100
= 1.536 % is emptied in the fourth hour ,
So remaining water is 19.2 – 1.536 = 17.66 %
